RUN RUN RUN from this web site, They claim they had 100 yards of fabric on hand. When placing my order they claim they had it charged my CC ASAP, after 2 wks no fabric. Funny they did not have any in stock and waiting for it but was told it could be weeks.... Life must be tough to lie about having stock billing the cust.... Horrible cust service!!!

Not a very professional outfit. Operators don't seem to understand customer service and do not make an attempt to resolve issues amicably. As other reviewer said, you are charged instantly and then may wait an indeterminate amount of time for your order. With so many fantastic options out there, I will give this place a big "Pass" in the future.

I ordered fabric from this company but didn't get a confirmation of my order. I left 2 messages for them and then received an email telling me my order had been shipped. It took less than a week to fill my order. I was very pleased.

I just received my material to recover the cushions of my patio chairs. It is perfect! Exactly like the picture on the website and it's going to look amazing on my chairs. I am definitely ordering again for bench cushions on the picnic table my husband is building and place mats! Below are the chairs I bought - I painted them white. The fabric will match our newly painted house perfectly!

You call and call and leave messages with no response. Not worth the risk there are other options in the marketplace.

I ordered the fabric less than a week ago and have already received it! And this is during the covid 19 mess. Great price on really good fabric! This was my first order with fabric guru but it won't be my last!

I ordered swatches for outdoor fabric and as expected, the charge was placed on my credit card. A day later I received an email that said my order was completed. I assumed that meant it was shipped, but I did not receive any notifications about shipping or posting. I checked back every day and my account showed the same complete.'

A week later, I gave up and wrote a review about the lack of communication and that I assumed this was just just one more gotcha' website for some crap out of another country and sometime in the next three months I might actually get something similar, but inferior, to what I thought I had ordered.

Also, one week later, I lost patience with the same complete' showing up on my order, but no information about shipping or posting, so I put on my mask and headed to my local fabric store to buy the outdoor fabric my customer needed.

When I returned home from the fabric store, I discovered that my swatches had arrived and the fabric is nearly identical to what I bought at the fabric store. The quality is high and the colors exactly as portrayed in the images on the website.

I still think the customer service (communication) needs to be improved, hence the four stars instead of five, but if the swatches are actually representative of the fabric, I will order some to see how it goes.

The swatches are large enough to see the patterns and to judge the quality. I have uploaded photos to show what I received. Very nice swatches.
